Table Top Backloop
Category: Waves
Level of difficulty: Level 6 (from 6)
Special characteristics:
- combo trick
Description
The table top backloop is a combination of jumps in which an additional table top is performed within the backloop rotation.
In contrast to the normal table top, which is jumped on a crosswind course, the combined jump is performed into the wind - the backloop is the main element, as the kick of the board against the normal direction of movement is the jump element that is also integrated. The rig is guided in the same way as the normal backloop.
The board, still turned upwards, is brought back at the apex of the flight path to align the nose of the board in the direction of the landing.
The difficulty lies in the opposite rotation of the board to the actual direction of flight, because in a normal backloop the bottom of the board also provides lift when jumping into the wind.
