The gu screw is an exist when riding a wave. From the bottom turn, you carve towards the lip with the clew open and try to use the power of the wave for the rotational impulse when jumping off. The sail is kept horizontal so that the mast does not catch on the lip of the wave. Make your body compact to accelerate the rotation.
