The 'Kooks on the Water' without sails for once, a surfing film. The forecast looked pretty bad: almost no wind, hardly any waves, and therefore hardly any reason to set off on a trip. But after a long, cold winter and with their university exams over, the guys just had to get back out on the sea — it was good for the soul.
